my tip: when you have a marginal hand.. keep the pot small. You don’t want to get raised with 2 pair if there’s a flush and/or straight possibility on the board.
At the same time you don’t want your opponent to draw cheaply, therefore you should bet MORE when there is a flush and straight possibility, especially on the flop. If the Turn card is a blank you can fire again and they will usually fold if they are on a draw.
My TIP of the day:IWhen you enter a table either at poker or another gambling game and you do not spot a couple of fishes around, you are one of the fish ! Move out a.s.a.p.
That’s an old tired tip and pretty useless really. If everybody at the table is good then what.
