Going to pubcon in Las Vegas – anyone knows where to find good prices for hotels and flights in las Vegas?

I am planning to go to PubCon in Vegas. I guess I did not sign up for it early enough and I am struggling to get good prices for my flight and hotel. Any suggestions of where I can get deals for flights to las vegas and hotels in las vegas?

    http://www.vegas.com is a great resource.

However, I have always found it more cost effective to book direct with the Hotel and then the airline than use a booking or travel agent.

It may be more time consuming, but sometimes going to a larger hub airport (unless you already live near one) could be an option.

What dates are you looking at from which airport(s)?

Every time I have gone to Vegas I booked thru Orbitz.com. They seemed to have the best prices every time I compared them with the other .com travel sites

my husband and i go to vegas a few times a year, and i’m ALWAYS pricing trips.. by far, the cheapest site we’ve found, is http://www.usairwaysvacations.com , u can book the hotel and flight …

if possible, try not to fly on the weekend.. its way more expensive. Try to fly on a tues or a wenesday.. they always have the cheapest rates.

It’s thru USAirways and the cheapest package deal I’ve found in the last 13 years.

I’m often flying out to Vegas with work. I’ve used a few different websites but I’d say Expedia offer the best deal, often in terms of price and service. As a business traveller I like to know everything is taken care of which is why I tend not to go for the cheapest option.
